Kendra began blogging in 2009 with her cousin, Erica, who encouraged her to stay accountable to her fitness dreams and goals. Kendra has continued to write and track her fitness progress through many seasons of life, including her engagement, marriage, and two pregnancies! 
Confidently Kendra was created as an expressive outlet to help find a balance in all aspects of life.

Being healthy is not limited to losing weight and staying toned, nor is it only about nutrition. Being healthy truly is a lifestyle that encompasses all aspects of living. To leave out God is to leave out a vital proponent to one's peace and happiness.
